NCVO is supported by a network of local volunteer centres, many of whom offer training sessions and other support. This depends on your circumstances - do you sell food to the public, what type of food do you sell, does your governing organisation have its own rules and guidelines, are you cooking for vulnerable people etc.. A good way to start to answer this question is to undertake an assessment of your setup; here’s a blog post with some more information.
